Nominations for Geographic Literacy Award now open Individuals who take geographic literacy to the next level will soon be recognized, as nominations for this year’s Geographic Literacy Award are now open. The prize is awarded annually by The Royal Canadian Geographical Society and recognizes individuals who work beyond the expectation of their professions to instill a fascination of geography in Canadian students. Nominations for this year’s recipient will be accepted until Aug 1.
