The Quest to find Canada’s next Geography champion is on!

Twenty teen geography phenoms are coming to Ottawa; five will make the finals. Only one will be crowned the Canadian Geographic Challenge National Champion. You can witness the students navigate their way through the high-powered gauntlet of questions in this game show-style competition. Here’s a taste of the kind of questions the students will face:

  • Grain from western Canada can be shipped through Hudson Bay when this port is open. Name
    the port.

  • Castleguard Cave, Canada’s longest cave, is located in this national park in Alberta. Name the park.

  • The Khyber Pass formed part of the Silk Road connecting Afghanistan and this country. Name the country.

The Royal Canadian Geographical Society invites you to cheer the students on as they demonstrate their pure skill and knowledge of all things geography-related. See what it takes to become our 2016 Canadian Geographic Challenge champion.

Seating is limited so please contact us early.
