Many Waters Expedition
Martha Mortson and Carrie McGown

The Heritage Inventory and Oral History of the Glenllyon Mountain Range of the Yukon
Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation

With this expedition and others like it, the object is to get young and old out on the land to learn what the elders know and identify places that have stories to tell. In the Glenlyon Range people hunted and traveled from the Yukon River over to the Tummel, Pelly and MacMillan areas of the Yukon. This area fed people during a time when food was scarce. The caribou, moose and sheep which abounded in these mountains, supplied food to many people over generations.
Solar Crossing of Canada
Russ Fleming

The longest ever trip made in a solar car, more than 6500 km from Halifax, N.S. to Vancouver, B.C., will attempt to increase awareness of our Country’s role in the global energy economy.
