Slide Set Collection

The Royal Canadian Geographical Society has assembled a slide set for the purposes of "making Canada better known to Canadians and the world."

The set consists of 143 slides and an explanatory caption is provided for each slide. These slides endeavour to represent the landscape and people of Canada.

The Society is happy to loan the slide collection without cost to Society members or others who are participating in educational activities such as foreign visits.

People who are interested in borrowing the slides should contact Tanya Manoryk at manoryk@rcgs.org or 613-745-4629. A letter of agreement, outlining the terms and conditions, must be signed prior to the loan of any material.

Our slide collections have become world travellers! Already they have been to Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, New Zealand, Peru, Siberia, Sweden and Thailand in addition to many Canadian cities.
